Mudslide in Santa Cruz Mountains impacts family

On the morning February 7th, 2017, a family in the Santa Cruz mountains was hit by a massive mudslide that destroyed one of the three homes on the property. Other structures and several vehicles were also swept away and buried in the mud. Unfortunately, my brother, Brian Ward and his pregnant wife, along with their 9 month old daughter were the ones who lived in the home that was destroyed. When I arrived on the scene, shortly after the slide happened, I couldn't believe my eyes. What I saw made me realize how powerful Mother Nature can be. There has been a GoFundMe campaign set up to help them get back on their feet. Any contributions or shares would be greatly appreciated.
